Order Cancellations Policy
- <24 hours (Before we produce) : 5% cancellation fee
- ≥24 hours (In production process) : 25% cancellation fee
- ≥3 days (Production is completed) : 50% cancellation fee
- Once shipped : Can’t be canceled
Refund Policy
You can get a refund in the following cases:
- (a). Never received your dildo – Full refund, or resend it for you if you’re willing to wait.
- (b). Received the wrong dildo – Provide us with photos of the wrong dildo and we will refund or resend a correct dildo for you.
- (c). Received the damaged dildo – If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it's product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.
